The Consultation and Planning/professional guidance:

  • Initial consultation to discuss desires and needs with the wedding couple
  • Review your ideas and vision for the ceremony and reception
  • Two planning meetings of ceremony and reception venues with the wedding couple (including final walk through)
  • Coordinate final walk-through with the venue manager and couple four weeks prior to the wedding
  • Provide a weekly wedding checklist template to guide the couple through the final four weeks of planning
  • Provide information on obtaining a marriage license

Wedding Day Management:

Wedding Ceremony
  • Manage vendors: load-ins, production and tear down
  • Placement of programs and tossing items
  • Assist and direct all wedding participants before, during and after the ceremony
  • Floral distribution to all members of the wedding party
  • Pin boutonnieres and corsages
  • Coordinate ushers of the seating plan for family and guests
  • Oversee photographers and videographers
  • Make sure musician has the correct musical selections for guests arriving, processional and recessional
  • Orchestrate ceremony line up, cue musicians for the start of the ceremony and cue wedding party participants
  • Direct ceremony recessional
  • Gather the couple, wedding party and immediate family for photos
  • Collect personal ceremony items and give to the designated person
Wedding Reception
  • Manage vendors: load-ins, production and tear down
  • Placement of place cards, escort cards, signage, table numbers/names, guest book and pen, programs, menus, gift table, favors, toasting flutes, cake knife and any other personalized items
  • Assure set up of tables is precise seating
  • Communicate with caterer Maitre D' to ensure excellence and timing services
  • Solve any concerns and emergencies regarding the event
  • Orchestrate reception introductions – Grand entrance, First dance, Special dances, Cake cutting and Grand exit
  • Cue toasts, Entertainment MC, DJ and Musicians
  • Assist and direct the couple, wedding party, family members and guests throughout the event
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit
  • Collect personal wedding items and gifts and give to the designated person
  • Certify pick up and return of rentals
  • Disbursement of payments and gratuities
